Organised by FStech and Retail Systems, the 13th annual Payments Awards is a flagship industry event celebrating companies that exemplify excellence and innovation across the payments sector.
This year, payabl. has been named a finalist in six categories:

payabl. Group CEO Ugne Buraciene has been shortlisted for both the ‘Payments Leadership Award’ and ‘Women in PayTech Award’. Under her leadership, payabl. has grown from 30 to 300+ employees, achieved a 50/50 gender balance in leadership, and launched initiatives to mentor women and educate young talent in fintech.
Last year, Ugne Buraciene took home the ‘Payments Pioneer Award’ at the Payments Awards 2024.
