London, 12 December 2024 – payabl., a leading European financial technology provider, today announced its partnership with Work in Fintech (‘WIF’), the social project aiming to increase diversity and social mobility for young people in fintech and web3. This collaboration highlights payabl.'s commitment to giving back to the community by equipping the next generation of fintech talent with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to succeed.
Founded in 2020, WIF offers students, graduates, and young professionals opportunities to gain work experience, internships, coaching, and mentorship through a network of established fintechs, financial services businesses, and institutions.
By joining WIF’s growing network of partners, payabl. reinforces its support for the mission to break down barriers and create opportunities for underrepresented groups. Together, they will provide career advice, mentoring, and access to learning experiences for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
As part of the initiative, payabl. will contribute to WIF’s annual programme, which includes lectures, hackathons, virtual and in-person events, and content creation, such as podcasts. payabl. will also play a key role in the Work in Fintech Summit 2025, supporting a day of career workshops, panel discussions, and networking for aspiring professionals aged 18-30. The Work in Fintech Summit 2025 will take place on Friday, 24 January in London, hosted by The Investment Association.
