About Client Support / Operations Officer job:
- Providing support to banking customers on operational, financial and compliance related issues.
- Handling customer requests diligently and following up the ongoing issues with the rest of the team until it’s resolved.
- Managing and revising internal banking and ticketing systems for opening bank accounts and recording changes and updates on banking related matters.
- Monitoring daily transactions and reporting to the relevant departments.
- Creating financial reports and assisting the finance team.
- Minimum one year experience in account management, customer support, preferably in banking industry is a must.
- University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field of study.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management.
- Ability to work both as a team member as well as independently, and to possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Having at least the basic understanding of banking transactions and SWIFT/SEPA payments.
- Fluent English language is a must.
